Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.
7. Termination of Services
Pixel Quest reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if you breach these terms or if your actions jeopardize the provision of our services to other clients.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pixel Quest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
9. Changes to Terms
Pixel Quest reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
